How can I register?

  • Just inform the laboratory of your email adress. After the completion of your lab analysis, you will receive an email with further information.
  • If you are already registered at one of our partner laboratories, you can also register at a different laboratory. In this case, you will receive a different username for each laboratory you registered with.
  • More than one person can be registered via the same email adress; you will receive one username per person.

What do I need to do after the registration?

  • In the email for registration you find your username; this username always consists of 4 letters and 3 digits, e.g. abcd123 Your password for the first login is the Social Security Number (SSN).

Can I receive my lab analysis per email?

  • An email is like a post card – everyone can see and read it. In principle, an encrypted transmission of emails is technically possible, however many providers do not use an encrypted transmission and many personal computers are not equipped for such a transmission.
  • We are sure, that you wish for a save transmission of your data and we are also obligated to ensure a save transmission. For these reasons we _cannot_ send you your lab analysis per email.

When is my lab analysis available?

  • As soon as the data for your lab analysis is available to us, it will also be available to you. Should you hold the view that your data is already overdue or you are already in need of your data, please directly contact your labratory.

How long will my lab analysis be available?

  • You have unlimited access to your lab analysis. The comparison of the individual lab analyses via “Values” is possible without time constraints.

I am missing data on my lab analysis. Where can I find the remaining data?

  • There can be multiple reasons for your missing data. Please directly contact your laboratory for clarification.

What do the results of my lab analysis mean?

  • BefundPost only offers you the transmission and storage of your lab analysis. Unfortunately, we cannot provide information as to the medical meaning of your data. Please directly contact your laboratory with your questions.

Who has access to my data?

  • Your data is your data. Therefore, no one else has access to it. Your data will not be evaluated for promotional or any other purpose nor will it be passed on to third parties.

Is my data truly save?

  • All our data is saved redundantly multiple times per day.

  • We support current versions of the most popular browsers on Windows, MacOS and Linux
