In BefundPost you can view your laboratory results free of charge, which you will receive from the respective laboratory immediately after the analysis is completed.

BefundPost Cloud is our paid cloud solution that provides you with a secure storage location for all your medical documents. You decide which documents you want to upload to your cloud.

Is my data really safe?

The data is redundantly backed up several times a day.

Is BefundPost Cloud truly secure?

Of course, BefundPost Cloud is subject to the strictest security specifications and is protected against unauthorized access by third parties through password-protected login and SSL encryption.

With whom can I share my medical data?

You alone determine who has access to your medical data and for how long. To securely share a document of your choice, you will need the following information from the recipient

  • Mobile number

Can I take out a BefundPost Cloud subscription without having used the BefundPost service before?

Of course! Everyone may benefit from our cloud service.

How long is the minimum contract period?

With BefundPost Cloud you have no minimum contract period. You are entitled to terminate the contract immediately at any time.
